We carry out groundbreaking trans-disciplinary research to generate hierarchical materials and structures with applications in sensing, renewable energy, electronics, and wearable devices.
Using these tools, we work with scientists and engineers to explore the fundamental properties of the new materials in both physics and chemistry. Our research program works closely with industry, including filing one and numerous pending patents.
